You can add up to 12 tables on this design.

We can also design matching table cards with the guests' names sitting at each table. (please see images for an example).

Once you have placed your order, we will get in touch with you using the email provided at checkout to receive your text for the seating plan.
You will need to send us the bride and groom's names, the venue, the date and the guests' names.

Don't panic! Once we have recieved all your information for the seating plan design, we will send you a digital design proof so you can check everything is correct and make any changes you need free of charge, phew!

The Personalised Wedding Seating Plan is available in 3 finishes.
Unframed Prints: will be printed onto high quality satin photo paper which will be rolled carefully into a postal tube for you to then frame yourself. Please note, unframed prints DO NOT come framed.
Print Mounted Onto Board: will be printed onto high quality photo satin paper and then professionally mounted onto 2mm card to provide a sturdy and rigid piece. This would then be ideal to lean against an easel for your guests to see.
Stretched Canvas: are printed, heat sealed and then stretched around a a wooden frame surround a hardback board. Heat sealing the canvas ensures that it is water and scratch resistant and generally improves durabilty to wear and tear.

You have 28 days, from receipt of cancellable goods, to notify us if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: goods that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements, perishable products and personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken are non-refundable, unless faulty.
